Job Requirement 岗位要求
- 1 year working experience, major in International economic and trade or Business English

Job Responsibilities工作职责
- Create and prepare purchase orders. Send orders information to the suppliers.
订单制作并发送订单信息给供应商
- Daily communication with Chinese suppliers and Buyers in France on orders quantity and production time. Push
suppliers to comply with our buyers’ needs
就订单数量及生产时间等事宜与中国供应商及法国买家保持紧密联系
- Establish an order follow up
订单制作与跟踪
- Update all information in the system to assure orders transparency for French team
在系统上更新订单信息，以保证法国总部能及时收到正确及全面的订单信息。
- Provide weekly report of suppliers’ issues (stock in suppliers warehouse…)
每周制作有关供应商信息例如仓库库存等报告
- Resolve shipping and documents problems
解决船务及文件问题
- Follow and analyze all receiving goods discrepancies. Inform and help merchandisers to check and resolve
discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse, accelerate resolution process and keep record
跟进及分析收货异常，知会并通知采购部门及协助其与供应商及仓库部门解决收货异常问题。
- Communicate with logistic costs department and warehouse to determine who is responsible for the generated
costs
与物流费用控制部门及仓库部门一起分析并决定由哪一方承担因收货异常而产生的相关费用。
- Analyze daily receiving problems. Investigate on solution to avoid receiving issues and sensitize suppliers.
分析日常收货问题，找出解决方法以减少收货异常
