职位描述

POSITION SUMMARY
This position reports to Sales Director, China. The individual is responsible for all sales activities for the assigned customers in the region, including account plan and management, demand forecast and management, new product promotion, key projects management, competitive analysis and positioning, new customer development, etc. The individual will also support BD/marketing team to develop and maintain relationship with assigned MSOs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop and manage key accounts in the region according to the China Sales Director’s guidance and Entropic’s business milestones.
? Manage price quotation, forecast and order
? Build and cultivate continuous business relationships at all key accounts.
? Develop and manage key account plan, define volume projection, assess competitive threats and position Entropic products to win, while repositioning competitor products, achieve revenue target.
? Key project management in key accounts
? New customer development
? Work closely, effectively and efficiently with other disciplines such as FAEs, DI team, Applications, marketing, Operations and Engineering to win account’s projects, etc.
? Support BD/marketing team for assigned MSOs penetration
? Conduct market research and analysis, intelligence analysis on a regular base, and provide basis information to help account decision-making.
? Travel as necessary

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS degree or higher education in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
5 years+ STB or consumer electronics semiconductor sales and marketing experience. 2 years+ MSO related project management experience is preferred.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABBILITIES REQUIRED
? Good experience on Cable/Satellite/Telecom and retail business especially on STB SoC business, EoC business and Home Networking business
? Understand the MSO industry eco system including MSO, technology partners (middleware, CA), OEM, ODM, design house
? Strong team work spirit, could coordinate and work closely with internal and external teams effectively.
? Result-oriented, and drive aggressively the key activities towards desired outcome.
? Track-record of successful account management experience in selling STB SoC or other consumer electronic SoC.
? Strong relationship with OEMs in the region, local MSOs relationship will be preferred.
? Good experience in key accounts as well as distributor management
? Good presentation skill
? Good written and oral English communication skill
? Ability to travel 40%
