工作职责

1、 为某一特定项目寻找并评估供应商；

2、 跟进工厂报价并向客户报价；

3、 联系工厂进行打样、开模及大量生产；

4、 为已启动的项目确定生产计划及质量控制计划；

5、 协调管理打样、开模、生产进度及质量控制过程；

6、 与物流部门沟通安排物流；

7、 就客户所关心的与项目相关的事情与工厂联络协商；

8、 由部门主管或运营总监分发的其它任务。

技巧技能

1、 本科机械工程专业或有相关工作经验；

2、 4年以上注塑或机械工作领域；

3、 供应商管理和客户服务工作经验；

4、 优良的口头表达与书写能力

5、 独立思考，善于分析，良好的沟通能力；

6、 自觉及时完成工作任务并令人满意；

7、 积极、主动、分主次地计划、组织工作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Source and assess the suppliers for a specific project.

2. Follow up the quotation with factory and prepare the customer facing quotes.

3. Contract factory for prototyping, tooling fabrication and mass production.

4. Define the production plan and quality control plan for the launched project.

5. Coordinate/manage the prototyping, tooling and production progress and quality.

6. Arrange the logistic issues with logistic dept.

7. Liaison with factory and support customer concerning any project-related issues.

8. Other tasks assigned by team leader or director.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.

2. 4 or more years experience in injection /mechanical fields.

3. Experience in supplier management and/or customer support will be an advantage.

4. Fluent verbal and written skills.

5. Independent thinking, analytical, consultative and communication skills.

6. Self-disciplined to finish the task timely and satisfactorily.

7. Motivated and creative self-starter able to plan, organizes, and prioritize work schedule.

Company Introduction

We are a Brit owned and Brit operated design, development and manufacturing organisation with offices in the UK, US, Canada, Croatia and, of course, China. Our core capabilities lie in delivering Chinese manufactured products involving new or significantly re-developed products for the Western market. As a sideline, we have also helped UK and US companies to move production to China with the minimum of disruption to their businesses.

China 2 West is capable of doing all aspects in getting an idea to market. From the design work and R&D, through prototyping and tooling the moulds. We then write the quality assurance plan and design the production plan then carefully follow this through until production is finished. Delivery of goods is flexible in that we can store in our warehouses, drop ship or send all at once. China 2 West is also available for only any 1 of our services or QC of your existing production.

The job will entail working with different nationalities both in China and around the world so a decent level of English is required, the office itself is a social environment that operates with a western organisational structure.

We are seeking problem solving, detail orientated, quick thinking individuals who are capable of multi-tasking and logical thinking. Applicants must be capable of following instructions in English without issue and of working to tight, short deadlines on multiple varied projects.
