One famous Trade company needs a Senior Business Manager
Position: Senior Business Manager (G3)
Report to: Vice President (G2)
Salary range: RMB20000-55000/Month
Qualification Required:
1. University graduated or above;
2. Fluent in Chinese and English speaking;
3. At least 10 years management experience in footwear Industry, managing a team of no less than 7 people and a business with an annual turnover of no less than US $50 million;
4. Experience in branded fashion ladies shoe costing, order management and order placement process including demand forecasting;
5. Candidates with experience with SAP will be preferred.
Job Duties:
1. Strategically Manage Factory Relationships to achieve necessary margins and capacity needs;
2. Lead a team to provide costing at proto stage with proactive involvement and suggestions to Product Development team and Design for achievement of margins;
3. Regularly interact with material suppliers, product development team and shoe factories in order to get most competitive price;
4. Lead a team to negotiate the lowest prices with shoe factories and material suppliers;
5. Lead a team to work with factories to ensure they are providing accurate and transparent costing sheets on a timely manner;
6. Lead a team to communicate with Overseas Sales Offices to manage the Order Placements and details in a timely and effective manger.
