summary:

Key roles and responsibilities of Director of Retail Services is to:

I. Lead and manage teams on a project basis and assist Senior Director in the day-to-day management of the department.

II. Assist Senior Director to implement the Department’s annual business plan, and to ensure that the profitability of the department meets or exceeds Budget projections.

III.Generate retail consultancy and leasing business for the department and Company.

IV. Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals.

V. Achieve personal professional revenue target via leasing transactions, consulting and referrals.

VI.Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Senior Director, China or management.

requirements:

· Fluent spoken and written English; fluency in Mandarin preferred, but not essential.

· Considerable retail consultancy/leasing experience gained with a service provider, occupier or owner.

· A proven track record of professional success.

· Demonstrate leadership skills with experience in managing a team.

· Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
