Quality Manager/质量经理 – 荷兰独资新建工厂 丰厚薪水 广阔空间 工作地点：镇江
Work Experience:
？ Minimum 5 years working experience as Quality Manager.
？ Experience in setting up ISO quality system.
？ Working experience in multinational is desirable.
？ Knowledge and application experience of PPAP,APQP, DOE.
？ Must know the standard quality tools (PDCA, control plan, Kaizen, ISO and etc.)
Main duties：
？ Reporting directly to the General Manager will be responsible for:
？ Create and implement the Company Quality System acording to ISO standard.
？ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
？ Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
？ Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
？ Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply, according with company Specifications
？ Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
？ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
？ Coordinating with technical and production department the analysis investigation and answer preparation to customer complaints.
？ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
？ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
？ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood and carried out and evaluated the effectiveness.
？ Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
？ Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
？ Create DOE (Design of Experiments) for problem solving analysis.

？ Good English skill is mandotory.
