职位描述
The sales engineer will be recruited in SZ but will then be transferred to TianJin. The major task of the staff will serve Foxconn who will move to TJ this year. On top of Foxconn, the staff needs to support the growth of D-Tech business in North China.
1. Proactively manage the programs and projects to meet or exceed established market share and sales performance targets for an assigned key account base;
2. Timely submission of an annual goal-setting package to sales management.
3. Develop and implement action plans for key accounts in accordance with strategy laid out by the Southco Management.
4. Establish and maintain customer relationship through the provision of value added solutions; VITO selling; to increase mind-share
5. CRM discipline: to document all pertinent contact activity with them in the CRM database, to prepare and submit Monthly Overview summaries to communicate significant field activities and record progress of critical customer programs..
6. Market intelligence: to collect, feedback and utilize the information; communicate marketplace activity to Southco SBU and marketing management.
7. Proactive communication with supervisor and other stake holders, for example, global account managers, KAM overseas. etc.
8.Proactively coordinate required resources to satisfy customer needs. This would include global resources from manufacturing and distribution facilities, customer service, engineering, quality assurance.
Requirement:
1. driver licence preferred
2. Engineering Degree
3. Business acumen. Display an understanding of top and bottom line business issues and impacts.
4. Computer literacy and the ability to develop proficiency with various software programs.
5. Consultative selling with strong people skills.
6. Excellent sales, communication, presentation and listening skills.
7. Good language skill; Fluency in spoken/written English and Chinese
