工作职责:
? Identification of Market
Gathers all information relating to customers within the geographic boundaries of the depot
Determines the existing and potential customers to be focused upon by each sales channel
Proposes the number of portfolios/sales territories required to support the determined existing and potential customers by sales channel
? Sales Planning and Development
Provides input to the depot business plan for the sales department
Produces/ensures MA business plans are in place to support Local and National MA development
Reviews the MA business plans on a regular basis
Monitors revenue and EBIT budgets and targets for each sales channel within the depot
Communicates and gains support from Country and Local management for the achievement of Local and National sales objectives by sales channel.
? Relationship Management
Forms professional and appropriate relationships with key customers for the depot market through face to face contact
Ensures correct levels of TNT Management are in contact with the most relevant management level within the key customers organization
Monitors the development of customer relationships across all sales channels
Ensures all depot customers are kept up to date with relevant TNT information and, where applicable, reports
Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas
? Marketing / Product support
Provides input on potential product opportunities through identifying new developments within the customers or competitors within the local market
Supports the introduction of new products through cascading the information and monitoring the deployment throughout the depot’s sales channel teams
? People Management
Ensures the compliance to formal recruitment procedures to attract and retain the very best sales employees across all sales channels
Managers, coaches and reviews employees to ensure KPI’s and personal objectives are achieved
Through training & coaching, ensures that direct employees are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, competencies, and empowerment to delight customers and achieve business results
Implements National reward and recognition schemes, in collaboration with National Management, which help to create highly motivated MA staff, and to reward excellent performance through both financial and non-financial means
Participates in the local implementation of a succession planning framework
Ensures that management are aware of the needs of employees through the effective management of employee satisfaction surveys and accompanying action plans, and through two-way forums and suggestion schemes
Conducts regular group review meetings to assess team performance and progress, where applicable, against business plans
Promotes the corporate values through active participation in the corporate initiatives
Complies with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirements (HR, H&S, Security, etc)
? Process Management & Implementation
Ensures correct implementation of new and existing divisional sales channel structures, policies and processes
Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences through supporting the deployment of best practice processes
Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all customers and related functional processes are consistently applied to improve the customer experience
Actively manages the performance of customers through the effective deployment of divisional sales channel policies, accompanied by local corrective action planning against depot performance results
