职位描述：
1、Overall responsibility for the accounting function, ensure compliance with US GAAP, PRC GAAP, statutory requirements and tax regulations;
2、Preparing periodic US GAAP and statutory financial statements for holding companies'consolidation;
3、Review internal reporting package for holding companies' consolidation purpose;
4、Work with relevant teams to drive effective control environment;
5、Partner with respective operation, provide support from financial professional perspective;
6、Staff management and Team development.

资格要求：
1、Degree in finance or accounting;
2、Qualified accountant with sound knowledge of US GAAP and PRC GAAP, AICPA preferred. Big 4 or international company experience preferred;
3、At least 6 years working experience;
4、Experience with ERP system (eg Oracle);
5、Experience as people manager to lead and coach team members, sense of urgency and ability to demonstrate leadership to push forward to timely completion;
6、Strong interpersonal communication skill, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
7、Experience in Online Games Industry, Telecommunication Industry and IT Industry would be an advantage;
8、High level of integrity and good corporate governance mindset;
9、Experience in SOX compliance environment;
10、Good command of English & Mandarin;
11、Strong commitment and passion on the business.
