Job Description
l Assist the Program Manager to drive the cross-functional team to achieve business target by meeting costumer's requirements in terms of timely delivery, quality, process conformance and test procedures.
2 Provide innovative solutions to customer needs and ownership of profit center or business unit economics: absolute profits, margins, etc.
3 Responsible for business development within the customer through quality service provided to the costumer
4 Lead the CFT to ensure the best service to customer
5 Driver the ECO & Commercial claim
Job Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above in business management, engineering, Master degrees in business or finance preferred.
2 At least 4 years experience in electronic manufacturing in which 1 year in managerial positions. Working experience in multinational companies and exposure in EMS industry are advantages.
3 Strong project Management
4 Solid knowledge in operational elements of electronic manufacturing.
5 Dependable and conscientious in work performance.
6 Excellent command of English and Chinese(oral & written)
7 Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
8 Proactive and willing to work under pressure
