PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

o Develop and maintain the processes and systems needed to manage and track supplier quality performance.
o Generate and evaluate supplier quality reports,
o Establish appropriate baseline, determine continuous improvement opportunities.
o Provide supplier performance feedback.
o Proactively engage suppliers to ensure critical supplier performance and drive improvements.
o Maintain/keep various Quality records such as certifications, qualifications, KPIs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
o Liaise with suppliers, FAE and supply chain to establish
o Components/parts specification.
o Process and quality requirement.
o Establish & manage FA & RMA process for incoming and production defects part,
o Apply statistical techniques and risk assessment.
o Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and mistake proofing activities with suppliers.
o Perform & lead periodic supplier quality and CSR audits/survey.
o May involve in Supplier Business Review (SBR) with end customers.
o Involve in customer/supplier PCN management as required.
o Involve in New Supplier Introduction to match end customer business.
o Supplier evaluation
o Supplier quality qualification records
o Risk analysis
o Work with Production team to manage Phase In – Phase Out (PIPO) to ensure proper phase out and long term support without disruption to operation.
o Perform First Article Inspection.
o Review supplier quality related procedure to ensure compliance with the required QMS (ISO9001:2008) and participate in internal/External ISO audit.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.

REQUIRED Basic Qualifications (must have skills):
?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
?At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in a Supplier Quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior role.
?Has experience/knowledge of parts (Electronics components) in terms of quality or process.
?Strong problem solving and analytical skills
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc).
?SPC experience and Six sigma green belt certification preferred.
?ISO Certified Supplier Auditor would be an added advantage.
