？ 工作地点：上海金山，提供班车（西班牙石化巨头，金山新建工厂）
？ 采购种类：
？ Spare parts ：离心泵,电机，管道（碳钢，不锈钢），阀门（球阀，闸阀），垫片，螺栓，各种维修工具，变送器，压力表，控制阀，分析仪等；
？ 服务：常规维修服务（维修技工，保温工，油漆工），技术支持维保服务，特种检测服务，大型设备的租赁（吊车、脚手架），叉车租赁等
？ auxiliary material ：dynamics equipment like pumps, compressors; heat exchange equipment, valves piping, tubing and fitting

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Manager, the Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for purchasing parts, products and Operations supplies as well as negotiating service contracts. He/She is responsible of the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Responsible for Asia area for the development of alternative suppliers for COMPANY need in other areas ( North and South America, Europe, Middle East)
？ Assures alignment with COMPANY Frame Procurement Strategies
？ Negotiates and manages the purchasing of materials and services necessary to the operation of the plant and marketing, with coordination of COMPANY’s Technology & Factories Central Procurement Unit (strategy, master contracts, systems, etc.).
？ Establishes technical specifications in collaboration with users for tenders.
？ Investigate capabilities of suppliers in Local Markets for COMPANY’s needs as required and to perform the monitoring.
？ Keeps track of contracts, orders, and receptions within time limits and ensure conformity of received items and purchasing specifications.
？ Supervises activities of the store and warehouse. Assure warehouse performance. (delivery time of materials and stock inventory optimization according with COMPANY´s specification). Ensures the development of the storekeeper. Supervise the Storekeeper.
？ Supports and trains Purchasing process in SAP MM and SRM
？ Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
？ Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company, adheres to company’s values and ensures that members of his/her area are doing the same.
？ Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he/she delegates his/her staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
？ Ensures that working conditions are applied according to internal procedures following or adapting COMPANY’s Group procedures. Develops and update internal procedures and manuals relating to his/her field of expertise;
PROFILE
？ Required Qualifications:
？ Holds a Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering bachelor degree;
？ 8-year experience in managing a parts store and purchasing activities in the refinery, petrochemical or chemical field;
？ Good knowledge in SAP module MM or similar system;


？ Skills and Aptitudes:
