Responsibilities:
1. Lead the local shipping/ warehouse/ planning team to meet the deadline;
2. Develop staff competence to cope with changes;
3. Supervise the logistic team to drive process improvements, by lean tools, across the planning, shipping and logistics function;
4. Review internal process to develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvement solution;
5. Oversees the operations of flow of goods, including planning, management of shipping, warehouse, inventory, transportation, and custom declaration administration;
6. Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated ERP systems with accurate data;
7. Liaise with logistics suppliers to ensure the operation is efficient and cost effective;
8. Implement EHS procedure at warehouse;
9. Supervise warehouses for raw materials, consumables, finished goods, scraped materials and wastes;
10. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

Requirements:
1. University Graduate of minimum 5 years relevant experience in logistic and planning functions, which 3 years in supervisory level;
2. Good connection with forwarders & carriers;
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English & Mandarin;
4. Mature, outgoing and able to work well under dynamic and demanding business environment;
5. Good team player, leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
6. Good experience in ERP system;
7. Stable, Smart, Self-motivated, Aggressive;
8. Sound knowledge and practical experience in planning, shipping, warehouses, customs and etc.
