In this newly created position, the HR Director will be accountable for the development of HR strategic agenda based on Singapore, international and corporate objectives. Reporting to the General Manager and Global HR Director, he/she will drive organizational scale and productivity by maintaining a full talent pipeline of internal staff and external candidates. Your goals and responsibilities include:
? Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives to create structure, business processes, performance systems, solutions and metrics to support business goals, company culture and company growth
? Drive key HR initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, training and development, rewards & recognition, organizational effectiveness and employee communication
? Fulfillment of resourcing needs at the plant, which includes recruitment strategy/processes, resourcing metrics, recruitment and selection assessment
? Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
? Address all employee relation matters, including conducting exit interviews, supporting onboarding initiatives, and evaluating and providing recommendations to stakeholders
? Provide support and coaching to the senior management team during preparation of short and long term plans, budgets, and periodic performance reviews
In your secondary portfolio, you may also look forward to supporting the team's growth in China where they have a Commercial and Research & Development facility.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this appointment, you would possess the following:
? Experience working in an international, matrix environment within a manufacturing context
? Operated at a high pace in organisations experiencing hyper-growth
? Minimum of 8-10 years experience, preferably within growing and international organizations
? Ability to speak Mandarin as second language
? Current or prior working experience in Singapore with understanding of local legislations will be essential for the set up of plant facility in Singapore.
