？ 职位描述/Position Description：
在项目投产阶段，对生产件的质量问题进行分析和处理，为零件的国产化开发提供生产现场支持。
During project launch phase, analyzing and handling the quality issues of production parts, on-site support for localization parts.

？ 主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
1.缺陷分析Defects analyzing
对来自质量部或其他部门的质量缺陷进行分析，并找出缺陷的来源（尤其是噪音，淋雨，功能缺陷）
Analyze the quality defects from quality dept. or other dept., to define where the defects come from (especially for noise, shower test, function defects)
2.确定临时解决方案 Define temporary solution
基于分析结果，制定并验证临时解决方案;
Base on the results of analysis, establish and validate temporary solution;
发布IDR（内部偏差申请），并告知相关方实施临时措施。
Release IDR (Internal Deviation Request), and inform related person to apply the temporary solution.
3.根本原因分析 Define root cause of the defects
与国产化工程师一起分析根本原因（检查产品定义，材料，图纸等）
Work with LE to analyze the root cause (check the definition, material, drawing, etc.)
4.找出并验证根本措施 Define final solution / validate the efficiency of final solution
与国产化工程师一起找出根本措施并确认根本措施的实施效果
Work with LE to define final solution and validate the efficiency of final solution.

？ 任职条件Qualifications:
1.车辆、机械工程相关专业, 大学本科或以上学历，两年以上内外饰或车身零部件开发或生产方面的相关经验；
Bachelor or above degree in vehicle engineering/mechanical engineering, Minimum of 2 years development or manufacturing experience for interior/exterior or Body accessory parts
2. 熟悉内外饰零件或车身零部件的技术/功能特性，对整车构造有一定了解；
Familiar with the technical/function characteristics of interior/exterior parts or Body accessory parts, know the structure of vehicle;
3.有一定的动手和质量分析能力(质量工具)；
Good capability of practice and quality analysis (quality tools)
4.有主机厂现场工作经验优先
On-site work experience in OEM will be priority
5.具有良好的英文口语、听力及书写能力
Fluent English in oral and writing,
6.诚实，可信，良好的团队合作精神
Team player, dependable and honest
