职位描述Position Description :
Management of the team in charge of system level complex defect analysis in car assembly line.
管理EE量产现场支持团队, 负责生产线EE 缺陷分析、车载软件和标定的更新。
主要职责Main Responsibilities ：
In charge of managing the EE Factory team to ensure the defect analysis expected by Projects during car assembly in Factory:
-ensuring the Engineering BOM and Manufacturing BOM are confirmed for each milestones of Projects,
确认在各个项目节点工程BOM及制造BOM的准确性；
-ensuring that the EE parts (including wire harness) are checked on integration table before assembly on car,
确保在装车前所有的EE零部件在实验台架上已经检测；
-ensuring the team is able to provide quickly a short term answer for all urgent defects found in Factory, including software related and wire harness related issues,
保证该团队对现场发现的紧急问题能快速处理；
-making decisions on priority of defect analysis depending on the Projects status (planning, defect level, etc.), negotiating the priority with Project managers and proposing solutions to organization issues,
根据项目状态（计划、缺陷程度等）确认决策的优先性，与项目经理沟通缺陷处理事宜；
-defining and managing the investment budget for the material and parts necessary for defect analysis,
管理缺陷处理所需的材料预算；
-manage the process of lessons learned in the team to ensure all engineers are well aware and share their issues,
管理团队，并明确每位成员的工作目标；
-teach the engineers the technics and process of complex defect analysis,
对团队成员给予充分的技术、流程培训；
-sending the weekly and monthly report with related KPI to all Project managers.
每周、月向所有项目经理输出相关KPI数据。

任职要求Qualifications ：
Bachelor degree or above with major in Electricity and Electronics.
本科及以上学历，电子、电器等相关专业；
Very good English speaking and writing with practice .
优秀的英语说写等实践应用能力；
Very good knowledge of CAN bus and LIN bus technology, with regular practice of related tools.
具备优秀的CAN,LIN bus等专业实践技能；
Experienced in OEM suppliers or other OEM.
具备零配件厂或主机厂工作经验；
At least five years experience in EE system field.
五年以上的汽车电子电器系统经验；
At least two years of team management experience.
两年以上的团队管理经验。

CAPSA initially invest 8.4 billion yuan to establish annual production capacity is 200,000 cars and 200,000 engines. CAPSA will increase production capacity and build new production base according to the market requirement, and the target production and sales capacity is 1 million cars.
