HR Specialist- Temp for 1 year

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment& Training Coordination
- Development and management channel to make sure operator hiring's efficiency
- Understanding hiring department's position requirements and shortlist suitable
candidates to related parties
- Interview arrangement and reference check
- In charge of New Employee Orientation training
- Assistant training activities

2. Staffing process Support
- Follow up the on board, probation and termination process
- Maintain employees' HR information

3. HR administration Support
- Handle the attendance system , provide monthly attendance report
- Assist in staff activities

4. Administer human resources policies associated with payroll, and salary administration

5. HR related issues including but not limit to social insurance and personal tax

6. Other works assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

- University Graduate
- Above 3 years related working experiences in HR area
- Knowledge of HR processes and tools in HR operation is necessary
- Familiar with HR laws and regulations
- Good English & PC skill
- Good communication skill
