Major Responsibilities主要职责:

？ 协助总监进行重要会议的安排及重要来宾的接待工作；
？ 负责总监会日程安排、资料准备及会议记录；
？ 在不同场合提供必要的口头或书面翻译；
？ 帮助总监协调各部门关系，确保工作顺利进行；
？ 为总监提供秘书及行政方面的支持；
？ 能及时有效地根据总监的工作要求提供支持；
？ 完成总监交办的其它工作。
? To support director for important meeting scheduling and VIP reception.
? Be responsible for scheduling management meeting, preparing document and taking meeting minutes.
? Responsible for translation or interpretation at various occasions.
? Support director to coordinate with each dept to ensure all tasks are carried smoothly.
? To provide secretarial and administrative support for director.
? Provide timely and effective support according to director working request.
? Complete other tasks assigned by director.


Qualifications任职资格:

？ 大学本科以上，英语专业，二外为法语优先。
？ 英语6级或以上水平，能够进行书面/口头交流。
？ 具备口译以及笔译（中、英互译）1年或以上的工作经验。
？ 能了解文化差异，具有积极的工作态度。
？ 2年以上跨国公司工作的经验优先。
？ 熟练运用计算机OFFIC各种软件。
？ 亲和力强.较强的人际关系、沟通及协调能力。
？ 较强的责任心和团队合作精神。
? University degree or similar professional qualification in English，prefer to second is French.
? English CET 6 or above, can be used both by written and spoken.
? With one year or above translation experience between Chinese and English.
? Can understand cultural difference and have positive working attitude.
? Prefer to have experience in multi-national company for more than 2 years.
? Skillful in MS Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
? Cheerful and genial personality. Excellent interpersonal, coordination and communication skills.
