职位描述/Position Description：

负责收集、分析销售数据，跟进各项工作进度，检核区域经理的工作计划及工作内容，提出改善计划，达成目标。Responsible for collecting, analyzing sales data, follow up the progress of work, check the regional manager of the content of the work plan and work is proposed to improve the program, achieve the goals

主要职责/Major Responsibilities :

• 负责大区相关业务检核，促使大区执行公司的销售政策和达成目标；

Check sales large region business, to promote the sales large region implement the company sales policy and achieve the goals

• 收集、分析全国市场和竞争对手产品、价格、销售策略等信息；

Collect、analyze national market and competitor products 、price 、sales strategy Etc information

• 分析各区域市场销售情况；

Analyze all region market sales situation

• 收集、分析销售区域经理的工作计划及执行状况报告，供销售区域办公室经理审核并提出改善计划；Collect、analyze sales regional manager task plan and implementation status report , while sales regional office manager checking and improving the plan
• 收集及分析汽车行业各厂家的商务政策，并为商务政策改善提供资料；

Collect、analyze all other automotive industry producer commercial policies, to provide information for improving commercial policy

• 规范和管理全国的销售活动。

Regulate and manage national sales activities

• 协调排产。

Coordinate scheduling of production

任职条件/Qualifications:

• 管理和/或教育学历（学士水平）

Management and / or educational qualifications (Bachelor’s degree )

• 拥有良好的英文书面和口语表达能力, 可进行良好沟通

Excellent written and spoken English

• 有良好的团队沟通及管理能力

Excellent communication and management skill;

• 有丰富的汽车销售经验，熟悉汽车市场

Rich automotive sales experience, familiar with auto market

• 良好的敬业精神、分析和应变能力

Good professional dedication，with analysis and handling problem skill

• 熟悉Excel, Word and PowerPoint等办公软件

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• 三年或三年以上的汽车行业工作经验

Three or more experience in automotive industry
