负责汇总并分析经销商性业务的销售数据，行业数据及竞品市场动态。跟踪各销售大区新业务运营情况，并制定异常状况报告。
In charge of collection and analysis the dealers` new business sales performance, industry data and the competitors’. Follow up the new business regionals operation situation, and find the unusual.

-制作各类型新业务销售报表；
Formulate the new business sales report
-分析汽车行业数据，定期出具新业务分析报告；
Analysis the auto industry data and formulate the periodic new business report
-汇总经销商新业务情况，制定合理的新业务计划
Collect the orders from dealers and formulate the new business plan
-汇总各大区销售数据及KPI负责各大区新业务跟踪
Formulate the KPI based on the collection of the regional sales data and follow up it.
-根据公司的总体战略目标和市场份额，起草经销商年度、月度新业务计划和目标；
According to the strategy and the market share, calculate the new business draft objectives of dealers
-根据历史销售分析数据和市场份额数据，提出分析意见和调整计划。
According to the new business sales volume data and the market share data, simulate the production plan and offer the proposal

任职条件/Qualifications:
-管理和/或教育学历（学士水平）
Management and / or educational qualifications (Bachelor’s degree )
-拥有良好的英文书面和口语表达能力, 可进行良好沟通
Excellent written and spoken English;
-有良好的团队沟通及管理能力
Excellent communication and management skill;
-良好的敬业精神、具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力
Good professional dedication，with analysis and handling problem skill
-具有无人监督下，处理多种任务的能力
Ability to handle multiple tasks under no supervision
-精通计算机操作，熟悉Excel, Word and PowerPoint等办公软件
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
2年或2年以上的汽车行业工作经验
2 or more years’ experience in the automotive industry
