职位描述Job Description：
?以提高服务满意度及经销商服务收益为宗旨，领导区域零件及服务人员，管理经销商零服业务Responsible for Improve Service Satisfaction and Dealer service revenue, leading of the regional Service & Parts staff and manages Dealer Service& Parts operation,

主要职责Major Responsibilities：
1.负责区域经销商客户满意度目标的完成；
Responsible for achievement of the regional Dealer customer satisfaction goals;
2.对经销商服务业务以及零件运营等方面的KPI指标的完成、技术问题的解决、客户投诉解决负责；
Responsible for achieve all aspects of Service business KPI and Parts operational KPI. Also in charge of technical issue and customer complaints resolution.
3.负责区域服务活动及零件促销的组织和执行；
Responsible for organize and implementation of regional Service campaign and Parts promotion.

任职条件：
Qualifications:
?本科毕业，工科背景，汽车或机电专业优先；
University graduate in engineering field, preferably with major degree in automobile or machinery & electronics;
?5年以上汽车领域技术培训/技术支持/汽车维修经验，有品牌工作经历者优先；
Over 5 years experience of technical training, technical support, vehicle maintenance in the automobile field, preferably with brand experience;
?良好的汽车专业英语阅读及编译能力；
Good specialty English reading, editing & translating skills;
?熟练掌握计算机日常运用技术，熟练运用办公软件；
Proficient user of computer and MS Office Software;
?良好的沟通能力，良好的语言表达能力，良好的应变能力；
Good communication and expression skills. Good adaptability and flexibility;
?具备团队协作精神和良好的敬业精神.
Good team-work spirit and devotion to duty.
