Job Description

1. Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document, and develop power supply qualification test plan (include product functional, climatic environmental and reliability requirements).
2. Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing), and finish the test on time.
3. Optimize some test method and equipment fixture
4. Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test, and proposed the corrective action if possible.
5. Prepare DQE test report after DQE test
6. Conduct verification test once design team make corrective action for the DQE test issue.
7. Review and track the project issue with design team, and follow it until the issue closed
8. Conduct DQE test list (part):

-Component derating test (electrical and thermal)
-E-cap life estimation
-Prediction MTBF
-Demonstrated MTBF
-Environment test, include humidity, temperature, thermal shock, temperature cycling, altitude test, ect
-Mechanical test, include vibration, shock, drop, tumble, USB life cycling test, etc
-Strife Test
-HALT Test

Job Requirements

1. Master degree
2. Prefer to have 4~6years design (electrical / EE or mechanical / ME) experience on power supply (include Charger, Adaptor, Server and Telecom product).
3. Prefer to have testing experience on power supply (include Charger, Adaptor, Server and Telecom product).
4. Prefer to have testing experience with international companies, such as Apple, Dell, EMC, Cisco, Motorola etc.
5. Have strong failure analysis skill.
6. Strong understanding of testing process and test methods.
7. Familiar with the test equipment, such as AC/DC Source, E-Load, Chamber, vibration Tester, etc.
8. Familiar with the MTBF standard requirement, E-cap life calculation and some test standard requirement such as IPC9592A, etc
9. Understanding of failure / issue tracking process.
10. Prefer fluent English communication ability
11. Be able to work under pressure
