Responsibility：
1.Work closely with site HR Manager for HR Ops support
2.Manage the staffing function to include: recruiting, interviewing, and assisting managers with the selection process and manage the on-boarding process.
3.Review and update employee transactions pertaining to new hires, routine salary administration, leaves of absence, promotions, transfers, terminations and other changes.
4.Provide employee relations counseling, advice and guidance to management and employees on human resources and regulated matters to ensure company compliance with regulatory agencies and guide-lines.
5.Counsel, advise and train management on performance-based issues including corrective action plans, terminations, and severance agreements.
6.Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and recommend appropriate action.
7.Conduct exit interviews and coordinate outplacement services.
8.Manage the annual Performance Review/MAG Process and Salary Review.
9.Manage Employee Development process.
10.Performs other duties and special projects as directed.

Requirements：
1.Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2.At least 3 year general HR management experience.
3.Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills required.
4.Good ability to handle conflicts, able to work under pressure.
5.Good working knowledge and familiar with human resources concepts, practices, procedures and employment laws required.
6.Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training principles.
7.Bilingual in English and Cantonese are required.
8.Willing to travel
