Job Description:

1. Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors such as business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, design and development of new products for consideration by other members of management team.

2. Suggests and debates alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities.

3. Cooperates with site management team and regional quality team in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and quality goals.

4. Develops initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements and operational procedures within program.

5. Evaluates business situation and company capability with management team to formulate the fiscal budget for product assurance program.

6. Conducts weekly and annually quality KOI review meetings with site management & regional quality team to establish, delineate and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.

7. Interface with customers on quality issues and improvement initiatives.

8. Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits.

9. Coach, guide, develop the teams on skill sets and management skills, and promote team building and motivation.

10. Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capability of vendor to meet orders and vendor quality standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

2. Typically requires 8 years experience in PCBA manufacturing, assembly and integration process, and at least 4 years works as Quality Manager. Typically requires industrial/ automotive/ medical/ Power and other high reliability product experience.

3. Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills.

4. Good command of English and Chinese.

5. Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certification are preferred.

6. Character of Intense Collaboration, Passionate Customer Focus, Thoughtful Fast Discipline Execution and Tenacious Commitment to Continuous Improvement.
