Purpose of Role:
To support and assist the Team Leader and Director in managing, developing and growing the supply chain solution in JAPAC . This role provides the highest possible customer service, support and query resolution to customers efficiently managing the consistent supply of products . The Supply Chain Coordinator is the first point of contact for all logistic processes in relation to the subsequent accounts and is responsible for the efficient flow of supply chain communication day to day, providing vital visibility of supply to Vendor Managers and Sales reps in the JAPAC regions. The role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate pick and pack procedures and report on the status of the relevant shipments.
2. Proactively check and ensure all relevant paperwork and customs clearance documents are in place prior to hub delivery.
3. Ensuring New products meet all compliance standards- UPC Codes, Descriptions, Importer labelling, COO reporting any discrepancies to Vendors and customers.
4. Proactive response time on booking of stock into TNS/PCH System to allow for Pick and Pack.
5. Actively manage Vendor Supply procedure, issues, requirements and queries to final resolution.
6. Responsible for ensuring consistent supply communication on all TNS vendor partners.
7. Co-ordinate and manage Open Purchase Ordering and delivery status.
8. Ad Hoc reporting.
9. Ensure all Scheduled Deliveries are meeting estimated times of arrivals provided to Customers.
10. Customer relation with 3PL Hubs, providing all queries and outstanding issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
