BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
?Vacuum leakage testing expert, involve to the NPI and set up related standard and facilities

?Failure detection rate
?FPY in the testing (count the fake failure detection here only)
?Efficiency improvement rate

?Internal: PM/Project Engineer/Process Engineer/Production/ Quality/ Sourcing
?External: Supplier/Customer

Education, Qualification and training
?College education and major in mechanical.

Experience or skills required
?Min. five years work experience in vacuum leakage equipment or process
?Good knowledge to the equipment brands and parameters
?Good knowledge to the air pressure calculation and fixture design
?Good knowledge to the assistant air (e.g. Helium) requirement, as purity, pressure, flow volume, etc.
?Stronger engineering logic and trouble-shooting capability on leakage problems related to steel, stainless steel material
?Familiar with test result analysis, FAE and generate the professional report
?English read & write is required, speaking is preferred.

Specialised knowledge or skills required
?AutoCAD software;
?Pro-E software is preferred

?Goal achievement;
?Annual performance review;
