为了客户现场设施维护正常运行，负责电气设备维护和日常保养包括：空调、配电柜、变压器、工艺冷水系统、压缩空气系统、影音设备、消防系统、生活水系统、UPS、电梯、电机以及其机电设备。

- 每天完成各种例行巡检工作并做好记录
- 根据合同所确定的工单对大楼所有设备进行预防性保养，并确保保养的质量符合要
求，确保设备正常运行
- 机电设备出现故障时，能够及时判断故障原因，及时进行维修或者联系设备厂家进厂
- 维修，监督、协调各设备设施的分包商做好各种维修、保养工作及确保设备正常运行
- 节假日期间根据设备的运行状态安排设备的保养工作
- 根据设备运行和维修需要，提交备件或维修器件清单给主管，提出采购要求以确保设备正常运行
- 负责对承包商的施工现场协调与监管
- 执行主管临时安排的工作，确保日常工作正常运行

-预防性设备保养质量符合要求,工单完成率100%
-设备有故障时，及时响应，查找设备故障并及时解决或联系设备供应商到厂维修
-客户满意，无投诉
-无任何安全事故发生

-高中或中专以上学历，机电专业
-相关工作验
-有高低压电工证，空调操作证
-良好的沟通，协调，客户服务意识
