工作职责:
1、 负责整个项目从开始施工到完成的监督，并确保所有程序符合法定的要求
2、 确保项目在预算范围内及时完成
3、 监管整个工程团队，达到预先确定的目标,比如安全、质量等
4、 与公司内部部门保持紧密联系，如设计、采购、生产、安装等部门，使得工程获得满意的进展
5、 对项目进行定期审查，并做好相应的报告工作
6、 提供技术支持和解决项目疑难方面的问题
7、 如现场项目有需求时，需到现场，有可能是出国或在中国其他城市


职位要求：
1、 注册二级结构或机械工程师及相关学历或以上
2、 至少5年外墙或建筑幕墙设计安装方面的工作经验，尤其擅长处理有关当局的法律法规问题（具有在类似承包商单位的工作经验者优先）
3、 至少主持过2个以上中等规模的工程项目
4、 熟悉中国相关建设法律法规
5、 具有较强的领导能力和分析能力
6、 能和各级沟通交流
7、 能用英语阅读和交流
8、 精通所有办公应用软件和CAD

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee running of façade contracts from award to completion and ensure all statutory requirements are duly met.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor engineering team to achieve pre-determined goals such as safety, quality etc.
- Liaise with in-house departments ensuring satisfactory project progress through design, purchasing, production and installation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and subsequent report preparation.
- Technical support and trouble-shooting with team work aspect
- Be prepared to travel and base in cities within China when the project requires it.

Job Requirements:
- Registered grade “B” Structural or Mechanical or Architectural Engineer with relevant degree or above
- At least 5 years working experience in Design and Installation for Façade/Curtain Wall/Shop fitting, especially good at handling statutory compliancy with relevant the authorities concerned
(prior experience working for a main contractor in a similar capacity would be an advantage)
- Has hosted at least 2 medium scale projects for above
- Conversant in relevant construction laws and regulations in PRC
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Can communicate at all levels
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Well-versed in MS office application and CAD
