职位描述
Job Description
· Manage accounts’ sales growth and profitability in coherence with company strategy.
· Negotiate trading term, promotions, listings and price increase etc. and communicate properly to ensure implementation on time;
· Help to Develop sales strategies, process/tools and action plan to achieve distribution, display and sales target; Understand customer needs, shopper and market insights to formulate business plan and winning trade calendar with the customer (JBP);
· Arrange top to top meetings& JBP sell in; Sales target planning and implement, expense budget, trade spend setting, monitoring and controlling;
· Communicate, coordinate and engage field team to ensure field execution ( display and promotion)
· Review constantly business practices and performance with customer and internally on quarterly basis;
· Coach and develop sales team in region to achieve business target.
The Successful Applicant
· 3-5 years working experiences in FMCG focusing on retail industry,
· Not less than 3 years on hands experience in National account management being proficient in Account Plan, Business review and Account Budgeting;
· Skillful business analysis, logical thinking, effective communication and presentation skill;
· Good command of English both written and verbal
· A doer with passion under having a supportive, responsible and optimistic attitude, high sense of urgency;
