Manage Hardware Engineering Group in HK & China, responsible for electronic system designs and resolving design related issues during product development.

Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a group of electrical/hardware engineers, PCB layout designer.
? Review, critique and contribute technically engineering projects incorporating ASICs, analog and memory systems. Communicates Status, Issues decisions to global team members.
? General Management – recruitment, resource planning, loading analysis, budgeting, scheduling, multi-discipline project coordination.
? Manage Electrical Engineering Laboratory.
? Develop, mentor and upgrade the electronic team.
? Drive R&D team and Contract Manufactures (CM) to propose and implement yearly product cost reduction Program.
? Drive, maintain and improve Design Guideline and Checklists and other design related documents and tools.
? Build up the team work within R&D and the related parties.
? Work closely with all CM, suppliers and Design Houses, Labs, testing centers and University.

Requirement:
? Bachelor Degree or above in Electronic Engineering.
? Over 5 years of Electrical Engineering Management; team of over 5 persons.
? Over 10 year of experience of embedded system design for consumer market (e.g. PDA, Cell Phone, PMP, MP3, toys, etc..).
? Over 10 years high volume, low cost consumer product exposure.
? Over 10 years of design experience with micro-controllers (e.g.5015, AVR, PIC, etc.) micro- processors (ARM7, ARM9, ARC7, etc,) and embedded systems.
? Over 10 years experience in EMC compliance testing. Knowledge of EMC techniques for high speed digital PCBA designs.
? Over 10 years high volume, low cost consumer product exposure, including PCB Fab, die- bonding, SMT, etc.
? Over 5 years engineering management experience of team consists of electrical engineers, PCB layout engineers, technicians, lab management
? Hands-on hardware debugging experience is required; knowledge in use of oscilloscope, DMM, Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer
? Knowledge of camera lens optics and camera image quality characterization
? RF design experience is a plus but not mandatory
? Strong project management skills - resource planning, scheduling, multi-discipline project coordination
? Critical component sourcing ability.
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong team leader and player
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
