- Maintain & manage shipments for assigned agents/ customers
- Responsible to ensure smooth operation of the whole customer service procedures
- Responsible for reporting (Including : Tonnage, P&L, Agents Analysis, Port Analysis etc)
- Responsible for the communication with different departments for day to day operations
- Responsible to report any variance/ problems arise in day to day operation
- Monitoring subordinates following up works


requirements as below :
i) Fluent written English
ii) Over 1year of customer service experience in the logistics industry for overseas or local agents is preferred
iii) Candidates have solid experience for the air freight sector is considered as an advantage
iv) Systemtic mindset & willing to work under pressure
v) Responsible to complete works assigned by the Supervisor
