岗位职责：
1、 开发自动化交易系统，包括底层架构、市场数据、交易引擎、交易订单处理
2、 开发模拟交易系统，包括模拟交易所，和交易回溯测试环境
3、 开发风险管理控制系统，质量控制系统
4、 开发算法交易并协助开发投资交易策略
任职资格：
1、 拥有3年以上Linux系统程序开发经验的杰出的程序设计开发人才
2、 熟知计算机网络协议、各类设计模式、操作系统核心构建
3、 具备极强的数据结构和计算机算法能力，高效低延迟程序的设计能力，精通多线程，实时系统，内存管理，事件驱动构架等
4、 熟悉C++，Python等语言和STL，Boost和ACE等工具
5、 有自动化交易平台经验或交易系统协议者优先
