Key Responsilities：

1. To Maintain and facilitate company continuous improvement process system.

2. To direct and manage cross-functional improvement project and business wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring and consulting.

3. To organize regular project review meeting for action follow up to drive improvement project completed within defined time-frame.

4. To provide supports of quality analysis tools and lead CIP project with the DMAIC approach.

5. To regularly analyse data collected from all areas of business to look for improvement opportunity as well as suggest and implement best practices.

6. To assist and work with management team to organize related activities for integrating continuous improvement culture into entire product value stream.

7. To diagnose problems occurred in the process of continuous improvement.

8. To evaluate project effectiveness and actual cost saving as well as make rewarding proposal according to rewarding system and project’s performance.

9. To conduct&organize necessary quality analysis tools training for company and company business-partners.

10. To assist SQE to extend&facilitate CIP culture to company’s business-parters including training, mentoring and consulting.

Requirements:

1. Minimum holds a bachelor degree in any engineering discipline.

2. Fluent English&Chinese in both oral and written to make a clear communication internally and externally.

3. Over 3 years production quality management experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service industry.

4. Good industrial knowledge on telecommunication products, materials, processes and technologies.

5. Familiar with production process control of Travel Adaptor, Cable Assembly, PCBA, Injection Molding, SMT, Wave Soldering, USW etc.

6. Holding six sigma black belt qualification or at least green belt level.

7. Familiar with ISO 9001&ISO14000 system.

8. Know-how on DMAIC systematic approach and utilization of problem solving toolkits,e.g. Process Map,PFMEA,CEM,MSA,CPK,Hypothesis Testing, DOE, SPC,Control Plan Etc.

9. Good Command of Windows XP, MS (outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint), MINITAB etc.

10. Excellent skills on communication, coordinate, problem solving as well as presentation.

11. Self-Motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and deal with the speed of change and can work under pressure.

12. Six sigma knowledge training work experience.
