Key Responsibility:

1.Definition of assembly and testing working process and standard working instruction for line operators and maintain engineering documents (BOM, EC, Working flow, Layout, Analysis etc.) concerning product, process, material, tooling, equipment, quality, space as well as change of those resource
2. Developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, Optimizing workflow, workforce and shop floor layout by utilizing Lean and 6 sigma tools to achieve efficient production and process capabilities with the least variation
3. Communicate with supplier and design engineers to address problems and implement changes effectively, and provide sufficient training to production operators and technicians
4. Action plan to contain process failure and product failure, hardware and software strategic plan to ensure coverage and product consistency

Requirement:

1. College or above, Diploma in Engineering discipline.
2. Identifies and resolves issues before they impact the customer.
3. Communicates areas of importance and concern via management systems. Clearly outlines the response process.
4. Recognizes risks and quickly establishes countermeasures.
5. Holds self and others accountable to standardized work expectations.
6. In the absence of a standardized processes , uses available data to make quick decisions and incorporate results into standards.
7. Welcomes feedback and makes changes to improve performance
8. Communicates when standardized processes cannot be met and shares best practices.

        2016年5月份，赛尔康公司及广西壮族自治区贵港市人民政府签订了投资合作协议，落实于贵港市兴建新厂区，进一步拓展赛尔康在中国国内的生产业务。新厂区将是赛尔康在国内第二个厂区，亦是其位于全球的第6个厂区。新厂区建筑面积近10万平方米，并于2017年第三季度投入生产。
