Job Description / Duties

1. Newly designed position specifically for the company’s Senior Management Team.

2. Mainly responsible for daily assigned agendas from either the President or the Vice-President of the company. Act as a direct personal assistant to the Senior roles in office environment to managing and facilitating programmed tasks and/or any instant business enquiries.

3. Act as a personal secretary to the Senior roles – plan out requested work agenda / meetings / trips / facilitating meeting detail and translate discussion dialogue for the Senior roles with foreign customers.

4. Act as a project / program coordinator to distribute & manage the process and development channels with related departments such as International Operations & Business Development / Technical / Design and Marketing.

Qualification:

1. English Major CET level 6 or 8. Very strong English comprehension in both written and verbal communication. Oversea education is a plus but not necessary.

2. 3 years + work experience in foreign companies and /or senior level translation for global business or related industries.

3. 3 years + project management or senior merchandising role in foreign entities and with experiences in oversea travels and /or exhibits.

4. Very independent and strong team player characteristic. Pro-Active and eager to work well with others. Passionate & visionary driven.
