Responsibilities:
? Handle English email enquiries on our daily deals
? Handle occasional phone-in of English speaking customer
? Handle customer complaints and provide an expert answer to customers' requests
? Handle pre and post sales-related questions
? Manage customer expectations in a friendly manner
? Engage in cross-level liaison and cooordination with internal departments on resolving customers' cases
? Provide administrative and clerical support


Requirements:
? 2 years’ customer services experience preferred;
? English diploma preferred
? Good spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must, preferably Cantonese speaker
? Decent written and verbal ways of responding
? Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented and possess good communication and negotation skills
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced enviroment
? Able to work on a 6-day roster with non-overnight shift duties applied
