Jos Responsibilities:

1. Establish general quality systems as guidelines for all departments.
2. Define training programs for the QA area in order to detect, solve and prvent problem on the production processes.
3. Establish continuous improvement programs focusing on clients requirements.
4. Define quality goals for all manufacturing processes.
5. Develp methods, Technical support and procedures to reduce manufacturing costs and/or improve quality levels&production efficientcy.
6. Establish a good relationship with factory to facilitate problem solving and effective.
7. Give trainings and guidance to QA staff to ensure they are able to perform their tesponsibility.
8. Monitor ISO9001 quality systems in order to exceed client's requirements.
9. Continuous improvement driven.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, or above in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or other related field engineering.
2. Quality Management courses.

Knowledge & Skills:
1. Quality Management concept, tools and technique.
2. People Management sill(communication skill, interpersonal skill).
3. Leadship skill.
4. Data management and presentation skill.
5. Good writting and reading English.

Personal Attributes:
1. Intelligent, self-confdence, accountability.
2. Strong leadership and ability to harmony.
3. Self-motivated and the ability to direct energy and achieve assigned mission satisfactorily.
4. Can make progress gradually, result oriented.

Experience:
1. 3 years of managerial experience or 5years in the quality management field.
2. 6 sigma GB preferred.
