急聘赴新加坡半导体CVD Process Manager,

工作地点：新加坡

Responsibilities

? Manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Process Deposition team
? Professionally represent the company to the customer. Develop and maintain good customer relations, Assume accountability for continued customer satisfaction with process solutions/initiatives provided within assigned territory, site or function.
? Work with customer to identify business opportunities which include: -
o Understanding the customers’ needs
o Positioning company’s product and technical value
o Working with Account team to develop penetration strategy
o Co-ordinating with GPG on product demonstration
? Manage penetration and defense projects, including: -
o Support Account team to develop project strategy of penetration and defense
o Drive local and corporate team to execute the project within the committed timeline and resources
o Competency and manpower resources management
o Customer engagement and management
? Provide region deposition technical leadership to handle customer issues which include providing productivity solutions to the customers and/or providing process support for installation activities.
? Work with GPG, AT or GAT to drive technical solutions
? Complying with company's Escalation Policies and resolve escalation with RPS.
