Job Description:
1. Document detailed operation process specifications for interpretation and use by Operators and their
supervisors;
2. Establishing and documenting Process FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instruction, Check list, record sheets, statistical process controls and inspection techniques of respective processes;
3. Characterizing processes and developing specific action plans for continuous improvement in critical processes that has not demonstrated the stability and acceptable capability;
4. Initiate investigation and define corrective actions, deemed necessary to address internal quality and customer incidents;
5. Perform data analysis and trouble shooting;
6. Responsible for setting up and optimize new tooling, new equipment and assembly lines;
7. Equipment/Tooling installation, maintenance and buy off; coordinate with relevant parties to qualify new product/ process/ equipment/ tooling;
8. Participate into new products AQP and process design;
9. Train technicians and operators;
10. Other jobs assigned by his/her Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1. BS degree or equivalent; Major in Mechanical engineering or Automation engineering will be better;
本科或同等学历,机械工程或自动化工程专员者优先;
2. At least 3 years ME experience for connector assembly line, familiar to use CAD and Solidwork;
至少3年以上连接器组装线ME经验,熟练使用CAD和Solidwork;
3. Has experiences on FMEA, Control Plan, WI, SPC;
在FMEA, Control Plan, WI, SPC等方面有较多的工作经验;
4. Good interpersonal skills and leadership;
良好的人际交往能力和领导能力;
5. Good teamwork, ownership, initiative, with a sense of urgency;
良好的团队精神，积极、主动，有紧迫意识;
6. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
良好的中英文交流技巧，英语听说读写熟练.
