职位描述
As Marketing Assistant
--- Job Duties
* Assist in Inventory Control (Finished Goods In / Out ...et.c), Assist in Prepare Inventory Report (e.g. mthly check inventory summary list quantity accuracy, yearly 2 times stock take in Hong Kong)
* Arrange Weekly Delivery from Hong Kong warehouse to HK Retails, (must same day update inventory summary list)
* Manage Routine Paper Work (e.g issue Sales Invoices to clients, Purchase Orders to factories / Assist in handle Inspection Reports, Sales documents, Overseas Shipment documents)
* Organize Filing System (soft copies in server & hard copies in box files)
* Assist in prepare Presentation Materials (PowerPoints, Excels) for Sales colleague liaise clients
* Organize Samples
* Assist in communicate with own factory & outsourced factories (ask samples, production status)
* Above involve mostly are paper works
As Administrative Assistant

* take phone calls
* Document filing and control (e.g. incl. data entry)
* Organize Company Activities (yearly trip, birthday meals)
* Routine Admin work (e.g. Arrange couriers / Manage stationary Purchase, inventory...etc.)
* Manage Personnel documents & records (e.g record mthly colleagues attendance, annual leave..e.tc.)
* Assist in communicate with local government's department / bank (when necessary)
Requirements:
* English level 4 ~6
* Minimum 2 years marketing assistant or administration experience
* Must be Fluent in Cantonese, Good in read and written English and Chinese
* High attention to Details
* Organized & Work Independently
* Ability to multi-task, work independently & under pressure.
* Proficiency in software such as MS Office, MS Excel, Word & Power-point

* 单据的出具,如销售单,订货单,协助市场部出具所需要的单据
* 文档管理
