Job duties
？？ Order management and follow up.
？？ Coordination and communication with various parties for both external (e.g.
customers) and internal (e.g. Production department, engineering department)
？？ Handle daily paper and filing from customer PO till to shipment including MO,
Sales Invoice and Debit Note.
？？ Generate Sales forecast, sales analysis and sales report
？？ Assist in other project work as required.
？？ Arrange shipment
？？ Willing to working at the factory
Requirement
？？ Minimum 4 years working experience in the field of customer service / sales
order follow up in companies of trading or manufacturing for export.
？？ Knowledge in logistics and shipment process for both sea and air freight.
？？ Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Marketing and Business are preferred. Other
disciplines will also be considered.
？？ Experience in consumer products manufacturing. Has advantage with
experience in Dental / Medical / Healthcare products.
？？ Experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines.
？？ Proficiency in software such as MS Office, such as MS Excel, Word and
Power﹑oint
？？ Communicate and cooperate effectively with factory and external parties.
？？ Good in spoken and written in both English (required TEM 8 / CET 6) and
Chinese, and also need good spoken in Cantonese.
？？ Work independently and work under pressure.
