ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Track material movement in online tracking system
2. Track and record metrics related to inspection functions
3. Responsible for performing dimensional evaluation and verification of incoming material to verify it meets required specifications and standards.
4. Day to day review/handle non-conformity issue found by the incoming inspectors.
5. Establish incoming quality control rules and keep monitor daily status to improve incoming quality control continuously.
6. Generate eligible Process/Quality procedures and work instruction for incoming inspector to carry out all operations.
7. Ensure accurate, reliable and timely results in analysis, metrics and reporting
8. Have experience on operating portable arm coordinate measuring machine and table CMM and can edit part-inspection programs.
9. Intermediate-level proficiency interpreting Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance standards.
10. Have experience to maintain measuring equipment both portal CMM and table CMM.
11. Prepare the inspection instruction for the incoming inspectors and conduct the training to QC inspectors.
12. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
· Expert with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent written and verbal communication required
· Visio and MS Project experience desired
· Information Systems or Quality/Manufacturing background is preferred
· Familiarity with blueprints and GD&T desired
· Able to display proper business etiquette at all times
· Major in mechanics is preferred.
· Previous work experience in quality-inspection is preferred.
