Responsibilities:

-Liable to administration management and provide full administrative service to all departments, including hotel, car, ticket, and other daily issues.

-Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.

-Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

-Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.

-Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.

-May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.

-Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

-Maintains vendor relationships.

Requirements:

-BS degree or above in facility management, real estate.

-Over 5 years practical experience in office, property or facility management.

-Hands-on experience in project management on office renovations and office moving etc

-Excellent command of both English and Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written.

-Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solutions.

-Strong leadership, people, and communication skills.
