基本职责：

* 监测并维护所有的ORACLE数据库

* 按照IT项目要求建立数据库和技术操作支持。并创建必要的程序以保证所有的数据库系统在直播时正常运行

* 对数据库的功能或程序进行的所有变动都必须遵守成文的迁移程序。并能够不断的反复的改进这些程序

* 针对客户项目，做为主要的数据库分析师，能够确保项目运行顺畅并表现最佳状态

* 能够通过监测发现提高性能的方法：问题事件整理成文，与项目组合作迁移必要的改动

* 通过前摄性的系统监测确保所有的ORACLE和DB2 UDB系统运行最佳，并确保不会出现意外中断

* 对遇到的所有数据库问题进行事前沟通。包括容量问题，性能或者应用问题

* 确保所有标明的问题你都有跟进到底。这些问题可以是你自己发现的问题，也可以是由你的经理发给你的，也可以来自其他项目经理或者使用人员。这些需要良好的邮件沟通和面对面的沟通技能

* 能够对意外事件进行事前控制，并能及时不断更新及意见

* 迅速并及时与上级经理沟通当前问题和正在进行的项目

* 能够根据需要提供其他DBA方面的支持和协助

学历经验要求：

* 计算机科学学士学位或同等的培训经历

* 1-3年ORACLE数据库管理经验

* 熟练掌握UNIX shell scripting(必须)

* UNIX系统AIX数据库安装和维护经验

* 很好的团队合作意识和自我激励

Oracle

* Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)

* OEM&OEM agents安装和架构经验

* ASM Oracle database versions 10g &11g 经验

* RAC (Real Application Clusters)经验

* Data Guard 和/或 RMAN经验

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain all ORACLE Databases.
• Support IT projects to build out required Databases and support process. In doing so create the necessary procedures so that reorgs, purges and alerting are in place for all Database systems when they go live.
• Follow the documented migration procedures when making all changes to production Databases or processes. Continue to enhance these procedures over time.
• Support customer projects acting as a lead Database consultant to ensure projects go in smoothly and perform optimally.
• Through monitoring find ways to enhance performance: Document issues and work with the project teams to migrate the necessary changes.
• Proactive monitoring systems to ensure all ORACLE and DB2 UDB systems are performing optimally and that we have no unplanned downtime.
• Proactive communication of any Database issue that you are involved with. This includes availability issues, performance issues or application issues.
• Ensure follow-up and that you are following though with identified issues. These could be your own issues found, ones sent to you by your manager or issues coming from the Project Manager or applications staff. This to be done with good email communication and personal face to face communications.
• Proactive management of Incidents, providing clear comments with frequent updating and timely closure.
• Provide quick and concise communication to your manger on the status of ongoing issues and open tasks.
• Provide support and assistance in other DBA areas if needed.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1-3 years experience combined in Oracle Database Administration is required.
• Technical proficiencies in the following: (a must): UNIX shell scripting
• UNIX experience installing and maintaining databases on AIX.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be self-motivated.

Oracle

• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• Experience installing and configuring OEM and OEM agents.
• Experience with Oracle databases at versions 10g and 11g running on ASM.
• RAC (Real Application Clusters) experience
• Data Guard and/or RMAN experience
