职位描述
Responsibilities:
+Focus on Client Devices (Site file server, PC- Laptop & Desktop, thin client, mobile devices) and System (AD, mail system, etc)
+Manage devices lifecycle and make sure 100% offer on finial customer needs
+Modify system image to answer local specifics
+Manage system project to answer company technical trend dirction (WIN7, BYOD, etc)
+Provide 3rd level trouble shooting and manage 1st - 3rd level IT team skills on devices and system
+Manage supply by regular debriefing on SLA
+Co-operate with headquarter expertors to get technical advice and train 1st-2nd level engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in relevant field
- 5+ years’ working experience in Information Technology
- 2+ years' experience with specific knowledge in IT Infrastructure (PC and Server OS, AD, exchange management etc)
- 2+ years' experience in Infrastructure project management, strong leadership skills on project delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, French is a plus
- Sports Lover; Be willing to take new challenge
