Responsibilities
1. As an BO developer in HPIT, you will work with development team and customers located in other countries to design and create universe and BO reports. You may also need to provide support to the existing BI applications
2. Activities will include (but not limited to):
3. BO design and construction
4. Implement BO based on technical design
5. Create test cases and design documents
6. Troubleshooting for the existing BI applications
7. Demonstrates strong communication skills in English

Requirements:

Education:
Typically a technical Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Experiences:
1. 2 - 5 years of experience in business intelligence
2. At least 1 years of experience in Oracle database
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in using BO(Universe, Crystal, Webi)
3. Familiar with SQL
4. Multi-tasking ability
5. Strong team player

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
2. Should have strong fundamentals on BI/DW Concepts
Intermediate Oracle SQL tuning skill
3. Intermediate BO skill is required
4. Manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.
5. Quick learner and strong willingness in learning different technologies
6. Be able to work independently under a high pressure
7. Be able to work flexibly to take conference call and work with customers in different time zones

Nice To Have:
1. Hands on experience in JSP, BO SDK
2. Experience in data modeling and ETL tool like Informatica is a plus
