Responsibilities:

The Senior System Engineer is responsible of overseeing all aspects of application, system development that built upon the infrastructure foundation of Tymphany. He or She will be in charge of in-house operation team and external suppliers to ensure our system is operating in Data Centers are running in optimal state at all time. Plan ahead of the system backup, restore, disaster recovery and business continuity process is an essential skillsets of the position.


Required Skills:
-Bachelor of Computer Science or related degree
-5 - 8 years of experience in system and infrastructure operation management
-Certified in two of these discipline: MCSE 2012, Exchange 2013, SharePoint 2013, Vmware 5.1, Lync 2013 and SCOM 2012
-Certified in either iTIL v3, CISSP, or PMP is required
-Experience in setting up Data Centers with private cloud environment
-Strong working knowledge in Linux OS
-Discipline in project management process
-Well versed in various uptime performance, capacity, and backup monitoring tools (such as Microsoft SCOM/SCCM, Zenoss, Application Manager, or SolarWinds NPM)
-Able to work well with oversee, local Chinese peers with a positive mindset

Preferred Skills:
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Some SAP support experience is preferred but not mandatory
-Ability to tackle issue and face emergency in calm demeanor
-Excellent teamwork ethic in a dynamic multicultural environment
-Experience working in supporting factory operation
-Ability to work on ad-hoc request assigned by manager
-Able to work on shift or weekend as required
