Job Responsibilities:

1、Is responsible for timely reporting of financial analysis figures to the Financial Controller , particularly in defining the main causes of negative results and to timely report main problems to senior management should that occur.

2、Ensuring that proper control procedures are established in daily jobs, standard cost rolling up, standard cost change, rework, scrap, variance generation and analysis and monthly closing. Putting forward IT suggestions to Corp IT.

3、To be responsible, through the constant review of project costs and revenues, for identifying all possible sources of losses and chances, and offer recommendations on how to rectify the situation

4、To support the Finance Controller in the definition and update of finance budgets, rolling forecast

5、To coordinate the collection and analysis of actual data, and the elaboration of preliminary data for the deviation analysis, the investigation of related causes and the definition of possible actions

6、To strictly coordinator with the other departments management in order to provide reliable figures on Finance performances by client

7、To coordinate the assembling, control and consolidation of data required for monthly reporting, verifying the ongoing data and matching it against the budget/expected criteria

8、Organize and develop a strong and motivated structure of local teammates

9、To instruct / train / manage the line order to shape a common approach to the contractual issues related to the ongoing projects

10、Any other duties as assigned by the Finance Controller

Job Requirements：

1、Experience / Knowledge
8 years of finance experience, with proven financial acumen
5+ years related experience in multinational company in China with at least three years in a managerial position
Knowledgeable in Inventory, standard costing and Financial analysis
Ability to operate independently, not deterred by tough and messy working environment.
A problem solver with strong communication skills, able to engage the proper person to push processes along and continuously achieve completion milestones.
A relationship builder with absolute business ethics and professional integrity.

2、Education / Qualifications
University graduated major in Accounting or related field, MBA is an advantage.
CPA/ACCA qualification is preferred.
