工作职责：

- 积极开拓客源 ，向个人客户推广零售银行产品 ，包括存款 ，汇款 ，楼宇按揭及个人 网上银行服务等

- 提供优质售后服务以巩固客户基础

职位要求：

- 大学本科或以上学历

- 2年以上银行或金融业销售及客户服务经验 ，熟悉个人理财产品及楼宇按揭业务知识

- 对人民银行 、银监会 、外管及税务条例有基本认识

- 性格外向 ，人际关系良好 ，处事独立 ，能承受工作压力

- 中、英文程度良好 ，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用, 具 C E T 6 级证书

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop customer base and promote a wide range of personal financial services such as Deposit, Remittance, Mortgage and Personal e-Banking to potential customers

- Provide quality after-sales services for customer retention

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

- Minimum 2 years' sales or customer service experience gained in the banking/financial industry; familiar with personal financial products and mortgage business

- Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation

- Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently and withstand pressure

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; with good knowledge of PC application software; certificate holder of CET level 6
