职位描述
BROAD FUNCTION
a) Lead supplier quality performance and supplier continuous improvement to meet company’s quality objectives. Enhance communication with supplier and internal related departments. Feedback VOC from customer to supplier timely and monitoring supplier implement CA performance. Coach and lead supplier work in correct way and get active results. Optimize internal operation system and workflow.
b) Lead incoming materials quality continuous improvements.
c) Optimize internal operation system and workflow.
d) Coach and lead team work in correct way and get active result. maintain quality system and EHS system .
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Set up supplier quality management system, methods and procedure.
b) Supervision and implement supplier quality control.
c) To improve supplier quality through SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request)
d) Supplier quality system audit and production process audit.
e) Supplier quality monitoring and controlling, statistics and evaluate of good quality.
f) Handling the quality problem from supplier promptly.
g) Evaluate the performance of supplier quality, ranking and developing.
h) Monthly & annually report prepare for supplier quality performance.
i) Other work arranged by QA manager.
QUALIFICATION:
A. Education Bachelor
B. Qualifications
1. Die-cutting business background is preferred, familiar with raw materials and die- cutting process control.
2. Minimum 5 year’s professional quality management experience.
3. Mechanical background is preferred.
4. Well organized, proactive and independent.
5. Team work player.
6. Abundant experience in supplier management
7. Being patient and can work under pressure.
8. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000.
9. Good command of reading and written English.
C. Skill 1. Good communication skill, good cooperation with internal and external customers
2. Quality tools application.
3. Good data analysis and continuous improvement project-
D. Competence Manage a team to solve quality problem timely.
